Tosh & Associates was founded in 1985 and was a culmination of experience ranging from appraisals in residential and commercial properties, banking, auditing, underwriting, secondary marketing, property management, portfolio restructuring and teaching. The broker, Dan J. Tosh has a PhD in economics and a JD. While Dr. Tosh is a certified general real estate appraiser and a real estate broker, he never wears both 'hats' at the same time.
